Alrighty then FAMILY IF YOU REMEMBER THIS WEEK IS MY BIRTHDAY...I HAVE TWO WISHES.. 1.Go to 7-11 and get a diet coke and say this one is for you buddy.. and i will taste it... 2. if you dont want diet coke go to in n out and enjoy a double double sl xxxs... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. with one of my fry salads... ya that sounds good..let me know if you take my birthday wishes seriously and which one you choose.
Ok so to continue i just want to say thank you to everyone that wished me a happy birthday this week and i just want to say that i got some tears in my eyes during a couple. i know that it was your goal to make me cry and i dont know if i would say you completely succeeded but you were really close if not. Well this week was awesome in the sense of the mission and let me tell you why... So we had our normal week where we were teaching all the lessons we could and then one morning i read something in preach my gospel. The part that says the importance of the members in chapter 9.. well there is a letter from a missionary to his president and it really is how i feel about my area right now. In the beginning we had a lot of problems with the members and now we have 28 lessons in one week with members so there has been a huge change. It is really amazing because as i read that letter it just made me think about how important the people of this area are to me, and how i have grown as a missionary these last couple changes. i have learned how i need to treat the members and how they are the key to the mission.. it made me think of something i have close to my heart that says, in my mission i will not only have good relations with my fellow missionaries but also with the members that i associate with.. it is incredible how things come to pass and how you can learn from everything.. this week the members helped us bring people to church. we had 15 investigators in the church and we normally have 7 or 8. It was incredible how things can change.. also this week we had an awesome lesson with the familia deza.. they felt the spirit so strong and they are literally my miracle as of now in my mission. i love it.. the spirit is so strong these days and we have changes next week and there is a good chance one of us is gone. that is why i am writing about how awesome my area is because it just makes me happy to realize my purpose in this area.. i love you all and i know that everything happens for a reason and that the blessings we receive if we are doing what we are supposed to do will come to pass.. life is amazing and i am going to love my birthday and i will enjoy it because well it is number one of two that i wont have with all yall in the home front..hope you have a great week and i will talk to ya when 'im 20. peace out...

July 18th Letter
OH BOY...
Well this week went by crazy fast and now i am looking down the next two weeks and their is a lot that is going to happen here in the next two weeks. but i dont want it to go super fast beause once it is all over it is time for the next changes and right now i feel really good about my area and dont want to leave. so i am a little scared for changes it could very easily be my time to go.... but this week in my area we were having a lot of fun with the members and visiting all our investigators. things went really well and we got to have 29 lessons, so ya it was awesome!! Also this week we got to teach our new family that we found last week. they are the family of our pensionista and so we go and visit them with the whole family. Next thing on the list this week is that yesterday we were in our class and the counselor came in and was like elder farr would you be able to give a mensaje today.. and i was like ya no problem and so i got to give a 10 minute talk basically on the spot.. so i just went into it talking about matthew 5. 14-16.. we are the light and the life of the world and all that so i think it went really well for not planning anything. it really made me like my area more because as i was up there talking i realized that i actually know almost all of the people in the ward. it almost felt like home but i was speaking spanish and didnt have paper in front of me to read so that was really sweet.. and then also this week we went and had a lesson with hna rosa and her future husband. it was really cool and they are both for getting married but he doesnt have much interest in being baptized. but oh well we are going to continue working with him.. and lastly we were teaching a lesson with the future husband of hna amelia and the member was just attacking him but was attacking in a good way.. saying that he rejected the missionaries for 20 years and then learned their was no reason to reject, so just accept and you will learn that it helps your family when you all are part of the church. so now we know how we can help him, so it was awesome!! Well this week went by fast and i love it here.. i hope you all have a great week and for those of you that went and said hi to my 7-11 friends on their day thank you. i think i could taste the dc going down my throat...ahhhhhh. lotsa love your favorite

Multi Zone Conference
Alrighty then family!!
Well this week was awesome and it started off with a beautiful p day where we got to play soccer, and some of us played some real football. that was great i finally got to play a sport with my hands and so that was really cool.. also in that same multi zone p day we had hot dogs and those were really delicious.. then to top off the day i got to see elder church who came to lima last change and he is working in one of the zones not too far from me.. He kinda got into a little accident 2 months ago playing soccer. he jumped up to head the ball and well he faced another elders head so his two front teeth were facing backwards!! his two front teeth died, he had braces and on tuesday he was getting crowns.. haha.. it was crazy!! Well this week was really cool. we had really good lessons and we also received some references that are amazing!! we taught them on tuesday and saturday and they were in the church on sunday. so things are going pretty well in the area.. some of the people we were teaching we kinda can't find these days so that kinda bites but oh well the lord knows which of his children we need to be teaching and working with.. also this week we had a meeting with our bishop about how we could help the ward and be more efficient and he was actually really happy with the work in our area and how we have been working with the members. we had two members that are less active come to the church this week. so that was awesome because we went and visited them. i really feel like we are here working on bringing people back to church because they are just as important as all the other people we are visiting.. I know this church is true and i hope that if you aren't going to church that you will go this week and i know that there will be a message just for you and if you are listening to the spirit you will have no problem.. now i don't know who i am writing this too but that is what i feel like i need to write anyways.. i love you all so much and hope you have an awesome week and keep making me happy... love your favorite elder Farr!!!

Happy 4th
Alright Family!!!
Well this week was kinda awesome. we started out nice and normal and we had our normal lessons. then on friday our buddy told us he was going to come over in the morning saturday to study with us and accompany us the whole day. he did the same thing sunday so we had no problem entering houses. we just rolled on and had 11 lessons in two days when it would have been only 6 lessons so it was just really cool... This week we had two fhe´s with two different families and they were awesome.. i learned a new game that i will play with you guys. we got a reference that didn't want to listen and we think he was a Jehovah Witness, so it was hilarious.. he was talking a whole bunch until we just stood up told him how it is and just bore our testimony and walked out.. now i don't know if that helped but the spirit was awesome and strong when we just stood up testified and left.. i don't know but i felt like my personality was just ready to attack and fight.. and he was like i think the Mormons are only their because the USA always wants something that is from America.. it was hilarious because he was aiming it directly at me, and i just went straight into why it was restored there and taught him up.. it was cool.. next thing.. We went and visited another family and they were like hey we have some people we want you to teach,, so we went over there and they were awesome. it is an hermana, her daughter, and son. they came to church yesterday. it was just really cool and i loved this week. For those of you that are in America happy fourth of july and remember to wish my mom and dad happy anniversary on the 9th.. and no i didn't forget... haha i love you mom and dad so much and i hope you have an awesome time in dallas with kelli this week.. you are amazing and i know you will always be awesome and do the best things for our family.. ..
