alrighty then family!!!
Well this week family was pretty solid.. I finally got to leave the house on Wednesday and i feel much better about being out and about rather than sitting in the apartment because that is just horrible. Also this week i had an interchange with elder mckinnley, so that was fun.. we were contacting people and enjoying the interchange. it was the first interchange with someone from my group so it was pretty fun. we talked about sports but at the same time found four new investigators that were just playing cards and then they wanted to listen to us talk in spanish. they just saw two gringos walking around in the streets so that was really cool..Also we were really down because all of our investigators are eternal investigators, so we are trying really hard to find new people. then we got a reference and her name is Isabel Mendoza.. she is 60 and she has a ton of family in the church but her husband wanted nothing to do with the church. He said look if you listen or join the church i am gone.. so this week she told him i am going to listen to the missionaries and you can leave... then he said ok you can listen and i think i will too.. haha it is pretty funny.. we still havent taught him but she is really cool and she is set for baptism here in october!! i am not gonna lie we needed someone ready and super awesome like her to give me a little bit more energy and hope for the area.. So yes i am happily healthy and sorry this letter isnt very long but this week was sweet and now we are going to some area that has old things.. so i gots to run but i love you all. i love waking up in the mornings and studying the book of mormon the book of ether is incredible.. i love how it explains faith and how we need to get our faith stronger.. and also i just want to say Happy Birthday to Kelliann this week on the Ninth.. Another Trip to IN N OUT if you ask me.. and i hope you enjoy Magic Mountain sister!!!!!! much love. Love you tons and hope you have a great week.. Love elder farr!!!
